Roland Haraoui is a shareholder and an Executive Board Member of First National Bank SAL – Lebanon, and has been responsible for branch development and setting up the Real Estate arm of the bank and sits on the Management committee, the Credit committee and the Asset Liabilities committee.

Mr. Osseiran is Chairman of Sabil Mineral Water, Modern Electronic Industries (MEICO), Modern Industries & Distribution Company (MIDCO) and United Real Estate Company. Mr. Osseiran is also Director of several companies, including Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation (LBC), Electronic & Engineering Industries (UAE), Bohemian Crystal Co. (UAE), Middle East Capital Group, Park View Realty Company, LI Venture Fund, and other companies in Sweden that are in the civil aviation, medical and computer fields. He is also a board member of the Chamber of Commerce Industry & Agriculture of Beirut, the Lebanese Egyptian Businessmen Association and the Entrepreneurial Development Foundation (EDF). Mr. Osseiran holds a law degree from the Lebanese University.
